FAQs
HOW MUCH DUST AND MESS DOES FLOOR SANDING CREATE?
WHY SHOULD I USE A PROFESSIONAL? CAN’T I DO IT MYSELF
If you want a truly professional finish for your wooden flooring you need a passionate, professional firm dedicated to delivering the finest finishes. You should also bear in mind than a loan sanding machine is unlikely to be kept in the same level of repair as our equipment, and we also ensure we only use the most highly advanced machinery on the market.
ARE YOU GOING TO BE DISRUPTING MY LIFE FOR SEVERAL DAYS?
The first day is spent completing the two to three sandings, to ensure a smooth surface and also to carry out any simple repairs. The second day will be spent finishing your flooring with the finish you’ve selected.
The only instance in which the job should take any longer is if there is extensive damage such as replacing damaged or rotten boards or because you need a much larger area covered. Issues such as this will be discussed with you during your consultation so you should be made aware of the length of the job in advance.
Once the job has been completed you will need to leave the finish to cure properly and our team should give you an estimated time in which you should continue to avoid walking on the floors.
CAN YOU HELP ME DECIDE WHAT I WANT?There are many different options to choose from when planning your floors look and finish. We have a wide range of examples in our Gallery. This shows some of the choices our former customers have made and we can easily replicate any of them in your home or business premises. Alternatively you can discuss your ideas when our assessor visits your property to conduct their on-site consultation. Our friendly and knowledgeable team are always ready and willing to provide you with input and ideas to product an end result you’re more than satisfied with.
WHO WILL COME AND DO THE WORK? ![]() The specialists who come out to complete the work on your floor are fully trained in wooden floor restoration and customer service. You will only meet one team and won’t have to be met with fresh faces as your job is completed and there will be one designated point of contact within the team. You can address any concerts or questions to them or call the office at any time.
